The Butts Studio Apartment is a secluded self-contained first floor apartment situated in the grounds of Butts House.

‘The Butts’, historically, was an area for training archers in the Middle Ages and is now an area protected from development, in the SW corner of Alton.
The Apartment is conveniently situated for the town’s amenities (5 minutes walking time) that include shops, cinema, the train line to London (Waterloo), and the Steam line to Alresford (known as the Watercress line). There are local bus routes to Farnham, Guildford, Winchester, Basingstoke, Southampton and Portsmouth, as well as National Express services to London and all major cities.

Butts Studio offers comfort with convenience; the independence of self-catering accommodation or ‘bed and continental breakfast’ provided in the fridge.
